Bio

Mr. Owsiany is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations Seahorse Oilfield Services, LLC. Mr. Owsiany has more than 20 years of progressive experience in technical, managerial and executive roles in the energy industry. Mr. Owsiany’s primary focus during his career has been water supply logistics, water treatment and disposal in support of unconventional shale gas development and coal operations. This includes extensive experience in environmental and regulatory compliance, management of direct interface with governmental agencies, the management and operation of two state of the art reverse osmosis zero liquid waste (RO/ZLW) facilities designed to desalinate chloride enriched waters. Additionally, he has experience in asset divestiture and acquisition, business unit development and technical evaluation of emerging water treatment technologies. Mr. Owsiany is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Geology, a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology with a M.S. in hydrology, and a M.B.A from the Joseph M. Katz School of Business at University of Pittsburgh.
